Sharing my Knowledge at the chambre of commerce in Trier
I was recently invited by the chambre of commerce of Trier #IHKTrier to give a presentation about Employer Branding and the “Candidate Experience” especially for SME’s and start ups.
It was a challenging and enriching experience to discuss this hot topic with more than 40 participants.
Outcome of the discussion following my presentation: SME’s (incl. start ups) and big companies can have similar strategies while the implementation of these strategies can significantly differ.
My learning of the event: Even very small companies are highly interested in this topic and 90 minutes are unfortunately not enough to dive deeply into all important aspects. To be continued…
